Laptops as the name suggest are used by the people as portable Pc because it is derived from the word lap. The notebooks are used interchangeably for laptops but both are the same tech items. Laptops, simple desktop PCs, net books and tablet PCs all are different from one another with reference to certain features, some use mouse while others not some use small keyboard while other use large or medium. When come to the battery life then notebooks contain batteries having batteries with long life.
Even the laptop or notebook computer also contains efficient CPU and larger hard drives as compared to those net books. Notebook computer systems also have the additional fittings of input and output and due to which a user can easily attach additional gadgets while in net books there is no such space and so it becomes difficult to attach such devices. Both have their own unique features that distinguish them from each other and also from others.
